Frequently Asked Questions
What do these tests include?
Each category test includes a Quest blood draw to look at all of the biomarkers in your category. (See the full list above.) If you prefer a mobile blood draw, you'll have the option to upgrade before you schedule your appointment.
When your results come back, you'll receive a complete category scorecard. That includes individual biomarker analysis, a new Healthspan Category Score, and personalized recommendations for improvement.
Why are some categories more expensive than others?
Some blood biomarkers are more difficult to process than others. Generally speaking, higher-priced category tests contain biomarkers that require extra processing steps.
Can I purchase more than one category test (i.e., heart health and endurance)?
Yes. As long as you are an active InsideTracker member in the U.S. or Canada, you can purchase as many category tests as you would like. You can choose a single healthspan category or combine several for a custom panel.
Can I purchase more than one test for a single category (i.e., 2 heart health category tests)?
Yes. If you're an InsideTracker member in the U.S. or Canada, you can purchase more than one test for a single category. You'll just have to use them at different times.
This option makes sense if you plan on testing the same category more than once.
Do these category tests expire?
Yes, each category test will expire 24 months after purchase.
After I purchase a test, can I transfer it to someone else?
No. At this time, you can not transfer a category test to another user.
Does InsideTracker accept insurance or healthcare savings accounts (HSA/FSA payments)?
Yes, InsideTracker purchases are eligible for coverage through your FSA, HSA, and HRA.
Here's how:
1. Select the category test(s) you would like to purchase.
2. Choose TrueMed
as your payment option at checkout.
3. Click “Pay now.” You’ll be sent to TrueMed to enter your benefit information.
Can I get tested somewhere else than Quest?
Before activating your test, you'll have the option to upgrade to a mobile blood draw for $119. Choose this option and we'll send a medical professional directly to you.
How often should I have my blood tested?
InsideTracker recommends getting routine blood work done every 3 to 6 months.
Is InsideTracker HIPAA compliant?

Can I add InnerAge on to my category testing?
