How it works
Step 1
Get your DNA kit in the mail
Receive your DNA Kit in the mail and register your kit ID in your InsideTracker account.
Step 2
Collect your DNA sample
Following the instructions provided in your kit, swab your cheek to collect your DNA sample.
Step 3
Mail your sample to our lab
Place your sample into the biohazard bag, put it in your prepaid envelope, and drop it in the mail.
Step 4
Download the app
While your DNA results are being processed, download the InsideTracker mobile app to review your results for over three dozen wellness traits once they’re ready.
Step 5
Receive your report and analysis
You’ll receive an email once your results are available. View your results in the mobile app or the web dashboard.
