About
See how your biomarkers impact your biological age—and discover how to add healthy years to your life. The proof is in the data—60% of customers with an InnerAge older than their chronological age get younger on their next test.
What you get when you add on InnerAge:
- An InnerAge score and detailed analysis of the biomarkers contributing to making you biologically older and younger
- Precise and targeted recommendations to improve the biomarkers making you biologically older
- Customizable Action Plan, compatible with your lifestyle
- Platform access that combines blood, DNA, and sleep + fitness tracker data

How does the InnerAge 2.0 algorithm work?
The InnerAge 2.0 algorithm compares each of your biomarker levels to your peers in age and biological sex and calculates the difference between your values and the average levels of your peers.
The algorithm adjusts the impact of your biomarker levels to your total biological age on a weighted scale, based on the biomarker’s known influence on aging—verified by the latest available science. Within your analysis, you can see precisely (to the nearest tenth of a year) how each biomarker is lowering—or increasing—your biological age.
How were blood biomarkers selected for InnerAge 2.0?
The available biomarkers for InnerAge 2.0 were identified objectively, referencing tens of thousands of data samples. Then, InsideTracker’s Data Science team carefully selected a subset of biomarkers that was most highly correlated with chronological age. The result are two separate groupings of aging-related biomarkers for men and women (based on biological sex) that most closely measure your biological rate of aging.
Why do the included biomarkers differ between males and females?
The data revealed that significant correlations between biomarker levels and age, and that differed by biological sex. For example, the data revealed a significant correlation between hsCRP and age for males, but not for females, so it is not included in the female panel.
While measuring more biomarkers does in fact lead to comparatively more accuracy, precision, and stability, we would not include biomarkers to the panels in an effort to perceptually "balance the genders" if they didn’t have a scientifically proven reason and validity for being there.
Both genders are getting an equitable value of strength, accuracy, and insights from their two respective panels.
How often should I check my InnerAge?
We suggest updating your InnerAge analysis every 3-6 months. This enables you to routinely track your progress, adjust your guidance, and make meaningful changes based on your most up-to-date biomarker data.
Can I add InnerAge to an existing blood Plan?
Yes. Even if you’ve already received your blood results, you can gain even deeper insights into your aging, along with a longevity-focused Action Plan, by adding InnerAge 2.0 analysis for $99.
Is my InsideTracker data safe?
Yes, InsideTracker is fully HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 certified. We have implemented best-in-class practices to ensure your blood, DNA, physio, and profile data are thoroughly encrypted, obfuscated, anonymized, and de-identified.
